Withdraw focus from shopping, TV, computers, relationships and all other forms of stimulus for a short period each day. If you already have a meditation practice, increase the time you set aside for this important source of renewal for body, mind, and spirit. Winter is the time of year most conducive to this turning inward. Listen within and be silent. You will hear your wisdom.
