Season: Winter

Keep your muscles warm and flexible with gentle exercise like tai chi and yoga. If you have a vigorous exercise regimen that requires you to get up before the sun or that results in you staying up late, consider substituting a less demanding routine during the winter. Warm baths with your favorite essential oils are good also for regaining balance if you are inclined to the winter blues.
