Sleep

Season: Winter

Allow yourself to sleep longer. Consider whether you would like to get to bed earlier, up later, or both! It is normal to feel less energetic in the winter than in the summer. If you notice that your body desires more sleep during this time of the year, allow yourself an extra hour. Napping or lying in Corpse Pose (Sivasana) may become more attractive, especially during the water phase of the day, 3:00-7:00 p.m.
